We want you to get the most out of your time here. These guidelines are designed to keep the space flexible, functional, and inspiring for every creative who uses it.

Studio Rules

● Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the premises.
● No Large Parties or excessively loud music
● No shoes are allowed on backdrops besides talent. You must either take your shoes off or put the shoe covers on.
● Pets are not allowed on the premises.
● Confetti, glitter, or popping champagne is not permitted on the premises.
● Food and drinks are not allowed on any furniture or backdrops. Any damage caused to the furniture will result in additional fees.
● When moving furniture please do not drag. Move furniture with 2 or more people picking it up.
● Full nudity is not allowed in the studios.
● Please return all furniture and props to their original position before leaving.
● Please do not use body oil, body sprays or self-tans that can stain the furniture.
● Overtime fees apply if you require extra time to move things, load/unload. Your booking starts from the time your buffer time ends, not at the time of arrival. Please book appropriately to avoid any extra charges.

FAQs

Setup & Booking Time

Please note that all start and end times include setup and breakdown time. Any late check-outs will be charged a full additional hour extra. Please arrive no earlier than the time on your booking confirmation.

Accessibility

The studio is accessible by wheelchair and other forms of mobility assistance.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 7 full days in advance of your booking date to avoid the full fee. Cancellations within 7 days, including the 7th day before, will be charged in full.

The deposit remains non-refundable in all cases.

Damages

In the event of any damage to the space, furniture, props, or technical equipment - whether accidental or due to misuse - the client may beheld responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. This includes any damage caused by failure to follow studio guidelines or improper use of items provided. We understand that accidents can happen. Should any issue arise during your booking, we ask that you inform us immediately so it can be addressed promptly and professionally.

Rescheduling

We allow rescheduling once per booking if requested at least 7 full days in advance. Reschedule requests made within 7 days of your booking are treated as cancellations and will be charged in full. All new dates are subject to availability. Your original deposit is transferable only if the new date is confirmed at the time of the reschedule. We’re a small, independent space, rescheduling last-minute limits opportunities for others. Thanks for understanding.
